This includes bridging the gap between industry and government on identifying and implementing best practice workforce development solutions. Feedback to State Government is primarily via the Department of Training and Workforce Development and the Office of the State Training Board

Thank You
The LDSC would like to thank all our stakeholders for their valued input into the 2023 Western Australian Jobs, Education and Training (WAJET) Survey. The collated qualitative research and quantitative data spanning the Aviation, Maritime, Rail, Road, Retail and Logistics sectors will aid in informing the West Australian government on key workforce development concerns. This year the LDSC team compiled over 60 occupational and industry reports which included contributions from our highest survey response since 2015. Given the tight labour market, global and natural events, maintaining supply chain resiliency, safety and service provision across all modes of transport were common themes noted to be impacting survey respondents.
We thank you again for your support and look forward to continuing to collaborate with you on addressing and improving skilling and workforce needs.
